From 128 (95) North or South
Take Exit 41, (Main Street) and go right off the exit
Follow Main Street (becomes Route 62 EAST) for a total of 6 miles
Take a left onto Route 114 and follow to the second set of lights
Go right onto Central Street, then take an immediate right into the parking lot.
The is a also a parking lot behind U Day Spa if you need it.

From Route 1 North or South
Take Route 114 Middleton Exit
Follow for about 2.5 miles
Go right at the gas station then take an immediate left into the parking lot
Notice the Florist on the corner, U Day Spa is next door to the Florist

Directions from Route 114 (North Andover)
Take Route 114 East to Middleton Center (Fire Station is on your right)
Go left at the lights, and then take an immediate right into the parking lot
U Day Spa is next to the Florist

From Route 1 North or South
Take the Lowell Street exit in Peabody and go left onto Lowell Street
Follow for a couple miles, then bear right onto Russell Street (before the strip mall where Hannaford and TJ Max is)
Follow Russel Street to the end then turn Right onto 62 East
Follow 62 East to a set of lights, then take a left onto Route 114
At the next set of lights, go right at the gas station then take an immediate left into the parking lot
Notice the Florist on the corner, U Day Spa is next door to the Florist

From Route 1 Danvers
Take Exit for Route 62 Middleton (State Police Barracks)
Follow almost to the end and before the lights notice the Florist on your right before the gas station. Take a right into the parking lot. U Day Spa is next door to the Florist
